Clear boundaries for responsible study support

Synlecto is for study support, revision, and practice. You are responsible for complying with your institution's academic integrity policies.

Do not use Synlecto to misrepresent work as your own or to bypass assessment rules.

AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify critical facts against your course materials.

We do not train models on your content, transcripts, or derived guides.

Plan limits apply to guide generation actions. Cached guide access does not count toward daily quotas.

We may throttle or temporarily pause generation to protect reliability and manage capacity.

Before payment, checkout shows the plan, price, billing interval, billed total, and any applicable tax. Paid plans renew automatically at the monthly or yearly interval you choose until cancelled.

You can manage or cancel a paid plan through Plan & billing. Your account shows the next renewal date or, after cancellation is scheduled, the date paid access ends.

If you are a consumer, mandatory cancellation, refund, and digital-service rights under the law that applies to you are not limited by these terms. Contact hello@synlecto.com promptly if you need to exercise a statutory right or believe a payment is incorrect.

Synlecto retains the generated guide and a cleaned source snapshot used to support source moments, evidence, quality checks, and guide continuity.

Synlecto does not describe itself as retaining the raw original transcript in the standard lecture workflow. Contract-specific privacy and data-processing detail is handled separately where required.
